Take Me to Istanbul: A Culinary Journey

In April 2020, Irish Country Living published my culinary travel guide to Istanbul following my visit to the city as an Irish delegate to the sixth Parabere Forum.

Written as the world entered the first COVID-19 lockdown, the article looks forward to travelling and eating together again. It explores Istanbul through its food, culture and history, with recommendations on where to stay, what to see and where to eat.
