Best Possible Taste at Johnstown Castle’s Honeybee Festival

In September 2019, I was invited to curate and present an episode of the Best Possible Taste podcast from Johnstown Castle Estate, Museum and Gardens in County Wexford.

The episode was recorded during Johnstown Castle’s inaugural Honeybee Festival and explored the estate, its gardens and the importance of bees.

Guests included Brenda Comerford, general estate manager; Ciarán Fitzgerald, head gardener; Matt Wheeler, beekeeper and museum curator; and storyteller Lorraine O’Dwyer of Gallivanting.ie.
