Anthony was asked to create a recipe for the Euro-Toques Ireland Kitchen Cabinet series with The Irish Times.

For this Series, over 100 recipes came from chefs, cooks and producers who are members and friends of Euro-Toques Ireland. They came together during the coronavirus outbreak in March 2020 to share some of the easy, tasty things that they like to cook and eat at home.
